We work at an hourly rate of €120, excluding VAT. For recurring support there are hour packages from 10 hours, with a 5 to 15 percent discount. For a full project we prepare a quotation in advance that stays valid for 30 days.
That depends on the number of modules and on the state of your current data. After the blueprint you know exactly what lead time we expect and what is asked of your own team.
Yes. Odoo sends and receives invoices through the Peppol network. We set that up during the implementation, so you do not have to scramble at the last minute.
Yes. Travel is included within a 30 kilometre radius, beyond that we charge €0.50 per kilometre. A great deal of the work runs perfectly well online anyway.
Yes. Data migration and import guidance are covered by the hourly rate. We look in advance at which data can come across and which is better cleaned up first.
Yes. Technical support and troubleshooting are covered by the hourly rate. With an hour package your rate is lower as well.
