Approach
Four steps, no surprises
At every moment you know what is happening, what it costs and what is asked of your own team.
1
Introduction
We go through your current processes and decide together whether Odoo is the right choice. No obligation, and we say so honestly if the answer is no.
2
Blueprint
We set out which modules you need, how your processes fit into them and what the data migration involves. You get a quotation that stays valid for 30 days.
3
Setup
Configuration, data migration and integrations. You test along in a separate environment, so nothing goes live that you have not seen.
4
Go-live and aftercare
Training for your team and a guided go-live. After that we stay reachable, because your business changes and your system should change with it.
You test in your own environment
We never work directly in your running system. Every change goes first to a separate development environment, then to a test environment with a copy of your real data, and only then to production.
That means you see and try everything with your own data before anything goes live. If something does go wrong, it does not touch your day-to-day operation.
What we do
Understanding your processes
We keep asking questions until we understand how you work, instead of dropping a standard setup on you.
Setting up and connecting
Configuration, data migration and the connections with what you already use.
Training your team
So they can carry on independently after go-live, also when someone new joins.
What we ask of you
An implementation only works if you take part.
One fixed point of contact
Someone on your side who can make decisions and keep the overview.
Time to test
Whoever will use the system needs to have tried it first.
Your data
Customers, products and history. We help with the clean-up, but you know what is right.
And we do not let go afterwards
A go-live is not an end point. In the first weeks the questions come up that nobody thought of during testing, and that is normal.
During that period you reach us through support, with a ticket number so nothing is left hanging. After that we look together at what still needs work and which next step is worth taking.
Every ticket gets a number
That is how you follow its status, and nothing gets left in a shared mailbox.
Every working day from 9am to 5pm
Within those hours a colleague from support picks up your question.
Urgent goes faster by phone
